    Terms and Conditions

    1. The competition is open to all UK residents who are Driscoll Brothers Group customers and who have
      purchased the relevant products during the promotional period.
    2. Multiple vouchers can be claimed i.e. if you purchase 3 banner stands you can claim £30 if you purchase
      1 banner stand you can only claim £10.
    3. Driscoll Brother’s reserves the right to end this promotion without any given notice.
    4. You must be over 18 years of age to receive the Love2 vouchers and must have sought the permission
      of your employer(s).
    5. By participating in this promotion you agree to Driscoll Brother’s Group standard terms and conditions as
      well as those specific to this promotion.
    6. This promotion commences on 26th January 2009 and ends on 1st September 2009, the ordering of the
      stands needs to be competed within these dates (inclusive).
    7. The vouchers are not transferable, nor exchangeable.
    8. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
    9. Vouchers will be posted out using standard mail on the date that Driscoll Brothers Group receives your
      official order payment.
    10. Driscoll Brothers Group will not accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost in the post.
    11. Complete name and addresses will be taken in order to dispatch the vouchers. These names and addresses
      will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have requested us to do so.
    12. The High Street Gift Voucher does have an expiry date, which equates to a minimum of 18 months validity.
    13. High Street Gift Vouchers cannot be spent in the Republic of Ireland as the currency there is Euro and the
      vouchers are in Pounds Sterling
    14. Change will not be given if the value of your purchase is less than the value of the vouchers you are spending.
    15. Vouchers are rewarded per product and can not be accumulated across product types purchased.
    16. Maximum claim per order will not exceed £250.
    17. Driscoll Brothers Group reserve the right to terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
