Q: Can you design and build a stand locally for my international event?
A: Using our network of contractors we can either design and build a stand in the UK which can be then be shipped to the destination venue and assembled using local labour, or we can send our design to one of our working partners who will manufacture and install on our behalf with one of our team of project managers on site to oversee and ensure the smooth running of your event.
Q: What’s the average price for a bespoke stand?
A: It is impossible to give an accurate budget for a custom built stand, as there are too many variables. For accurate prices please contact us.
Q: How many times do I need to hire a stand before it's worth buying?
A: Driscoll Brothers have based their hire prices on less than one 1/3rd the purchase price, so you will need to do more than three shows to make it worth while purchasing. The other thing to bear in mind is that all our hire equipment is in A1 condition, you don't have a storage charge and we offer a choice of finishes.
Q: Is it cheaper to hire the furniture from Driscoll Brothers?
A: We will be happy to order any furniture you wish and our prices are competitive.
Q: Can you store and ship our stand and manage our worldwide exhibition programme?
A: Driscoll Brothers have many clients that use our expertise to project manage the logistics of the storage and shipping of their exhibition equipment. From a single pop-up to a complete modular or custom stand we have a network of agents and contractors all over the world.

A: Yes. We have a fully qualified design studio ready and waiting for your artwork brief.
Q: How can I order a stand?
A: The quickest ways to order your stand, product or system is by phone on 0044 (0)844 504 9533 or by e-mail. We aim to deliver faster than our competitors and offer a much faster service so you get it as soon as possible.
Q: How much is carriage?
A: Carriage is calculated on an individual consignment weight basis, prices provided upon request.
Q: What is your lead-time? How long will it take to get my display shipped?
A: A portable system designed to your specification, including graphics, can be yours in just 10 days after we receive your order. For off the shelf exhibition stands, it is just 15 days. But if you need it sooner give us a call on 0044 (0)844 504 9533 and we will do our best to make it happen.
Q: Do you charge VAT?
A: 17.5% VAT will be charged at the standard rate for all products and deliveries. Charities are exempt.

A: Yes. No matter where in the world you are and your exhibition stand go, our experienced team is there to take away the strain of shipping and installation, fitting your stand with AV systems, plasma screens and Internet connections and even providing water and flowers.

- All artwork supplied must be PRINT READY, and will print as supplied.
- Please note PDF files will not be checked or amended by our Graphics Department.
- Please specify quantity required of each PDF supplied.
- Overprint fill MUST be turned OFF in all cases.
- We will email confirmation on receipt of your high res PDF artwork, but will NOT supply any proofs.
- All high res PDF's must be set up at 25% with 3mm bleed.
- Where accurate colour matching is required you must supply pantone or printed references. We will match as closely as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match.
- Files must be sent on disc or uploaded via FTP to our site. Small files can be sent via e-mail.
