If you’re attending an exhibition it’s always a good idea to plan out which stands you want to see and ultimately what you want to get out of your visit.

Here is our guide to ensure you get the most out of the next exhibition you attend.

  1. Plan ahead so that you make the most out of your time at an exhibition. Exhibition halls are so big and sometimes it’s just not possible to see every stand in every hall. Have a read through the exhibition guide to see where you should be heading first.
  1. Pre-register to save money. Quite often you will be able to get a good deal if you buy your ticket before the exhibition starts. You will also get access to all the exhibition news, and information on events taking place that you might want to attend.
  1. Book any appointments that you need to in advance to ensure you see the people you want to.
  1. Use social media to tell your followers you’re at the exhibition, use the hashtag associated with the exhibition and be active on social channels to grow your followers and networks.
  1. Have a bottle of water and snacks handy for maintaining your energy levels. Walking around exhibition halls is tiring. Avoid feeling sluggish by keeping yourself hydrated throughout the day.
