We all like the idea of being able to save time but when it comes to exhibitions there are days where you wonder where time has gone. To help you out we have compiled a list of timesaving tips, give them a go at the next exhibition you attend.

TimeSaving

Exhibition bible

For those who are super organised you probably already have one of these. An exhibition bible contains everything you and your team need to know about the exhibition. From the contact number of the exhibition design company, to the address of your hotel, your business twitter handle and opening times of the exhibition itself. Having all of the essential information you need to hand will save you a ton of time.

Keep tidy

Having a tidy exhibition stand will not only save you time it’s an essential when you exhibit. Ensure products, brochures, refreshments etc are all where they should be for the duration of your exhibition. This will help to make your stand look good and it will save you having to do it all when the exhibition closes.

Stay organised

Ensure you log all of your new business leads as soon as you can. If you have quiet time on your stand use this time wisely to stay on top of things. Share your hot leads with your sales team as soon as you can so they can follow up before your competitor does!

Be prepared

You have spent a few hundred pounds on printed brochures and they all go in the first day because you didn’t ration them. Ensure important information that you want potential customers to have access to is accessible! Download your brochures and price lists onto USB sticks and have these to give out. Quite often people will prefer taking away a USB as it weighs less and takes up less space. Be prepared to ensure you don’t have any stressful situations during the exhibition.
